As a bartender, my main responsibility is crafting drinks for guest accuratly and quickly.  Bartenders are expected to take care of their own guests and well as make drinks for guests throughout the restaurant.  I also had to opportunity to help with inventory as well as preparing the wine, beer, and liquor orders.  I have also taken on many different organizational projects.  I am also responsible for training servers who are promoted to bartender.

At Champs Place, my main responsibility as a bartender was knowing and making cocktails.  This restaurant didn't have an established beverage menu so it was up to the bartenders to know top cocktails as well as recommend them to guests.  As a bartender, I was also responsible for collecting money from the servers at the end of the night.

I started as a host at Ruby Tuesday and moved my way up to Bartender.  My responsibilities as a host included running an accurate rotation, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and cleaning the bathrooms at the end of the night.  As a server and bartender, I was responsible for taking excellent care of guests as well as upselling food and beverage products.  Bartenders were also required to know the extensive hand-crafted beverage menu.

As a bartender, I was required to make drinks for my guests and guests throughout the restaurant, as well as prepare take-out orders and provide excellent service to guests sitting at bar tables.  I was also able to help with scheduling the other bartenders, inventory, and ordering product for the bar.  I was also responsible for conducting the Responsible Vender Training Program.
